Sweet Cooper is a Bassett/Hound/Corgi mix and we affectionately call him our "low rider." He is absolutely adorable and just the right size. This lovable guy has lived with kids and is good with other dogs, he doesn't like cats. Cooper is so confused at the shelter and really needs to find his forever family.  Please come meet this gentleman and give him the home he is missing so much!
