Since Bartholomew was abandoned at a local vet’s office, we can only imagine that his first owner wanted this beautiful lovebug cared for.  He obviously is used to human companionship and is extremely affectionate, he'll greet you in the cat room and look up at you expectantly, waiting for your attention.  This very friendly 4-year-old is such a lovable, big mush.
