Ottie is not sure how he ended up in a kill shelter but he is hoping he will be snuggled in someones arms very soon! He is 8 years old and weighs around 20 lbs.  Ottie's owner died and no one in the family could take him or his sister.  Another rescue took his sister and poor Ottie was left in the shelter.  He is a really sweet little guy.  He would love someone to take him for walks, he could stand to lose a few pounds.  He is a pretty quiet guy.  He was a little nervous when he first got to his foster home which is very understandable.  He is getting more comfortable and loves attention.  If you are looking for a great little companion, this is your guy!
