Razor and his brother Pepper were rescued from a high kill shelter after their family turned them in. Momma had nine puppies, but was hit by a car and killed. The family turned over all nine puppies to the shelter to be destroyed as they felt nine puppies was too much work for them.

Area rescues stepped up and divided them up amongst each other to make the burden less so. Razor is a sweet puppy who loves to play with his brother, and is starting to learn the ropes about house breaking. He loves to play with toys, and with the bigger dogs he lives with. Both Razor and his brother will need a home that will provide them with patience and guidance to grow up and be a good canine citizen. We strongly recommend a basic obedience class for any puppy.

*Please note-Razor will not be up for placement until he has had his 2nd set of vaccinations (middle of January). You may fill out an application now if you are interested in adopting him. Because A Buddy For Life, Inc, has a strict spay/neuter policy, once approved for adoption, the puppies will still be property of the rescue while they live with you. We will be enforcing what we call "Foster to adopt". This means once you have an approved application, they will live with you until we can get them spayed/neutered/microchipped. Once this is done, final adoption paperwork can be signed.*
