Barney was found as a stray. He is a loving little guy. He tends to be submissive. He is good with other dogs and cats. He is a quiet for a beagle, but it might just be that he hasn't gained the confidence yet to completely come out of his shell so we will have to see. He is playful and would make a great companion for any family.
