This sweet boy was picked up by animal control after getting caught in a fence. He was than taken to local vet to be examined. He suffered a few minor scratches to his face but in time these will heal and disappear. Also, Black Jack was diagnosed with Lyme's disease. He was on a pill treatment for a month and appears to have made a great recovery.

Black Jack is super sweet and calm. He knows the command sit, gives paw, will go lay down when told to, and enjoys humans affection - cuddles and hugs. He's just content hanging out with anyone that will give him attention and love. He's even a couch potato but also loves his dog bed. He will circle around 2-3 times before plopping down and curling up into a ball. BJ rides well in a car, loves rawhides and squeeky toys, is housebroken and does not need to be crated. He rarely barks. He loves to play ball and will go fetch a ball but doesn't want to give it back so you can throw it again. BJ is too curious about cats, and not in a good way, so he definitely should not go to a home with cats.
