Mason is a 1.5 year old Pit Bull mix. Mason was rescued from an abusive home in Indiana. He was chained to a dog house with no one to love him or play with. Luckily, this has not affected his attitude on life. Because of his ordeal, he has become a celebrity, participating in Dogs Deserve Betters 2008 Chain Off Event .
He is an active, go lucky, grab life by the horns kinda guy! He loves to play--gets along well with his foster brothers and sisters. He loves to snuggle and give kisses. He can be a bit hard-headed at times(it comes with the breed), so he does need an owner who will gently remind him who is boss. He is super intelligent and learns commands very fast. He would do well in a home with an active family--he would love to take long walks or go jogging. This fella is hoping you look past his breed and see his personality for what it is: WONDERFUL!
