Devin came to us from the Kent County SPCA. He was adopted out from there as a baby and then found as a stray. They traced the microchip info back to the owners but the owners were no where to be found. So Devin was back at the shelter and up for adoption again. He was adopted out again to a very nice lady who loved him and brought him back for a visit. Then all of a sudden the husband shows up at the shelter and turns Devin back in saying that they made a mistake and don't want a dog. This poor guy was stressed out and didn't like being near all the large barking dogs at the shelter so they asked if we could help him.
Devin is now about 10 months old. He is a sweetie. He does have energy but he just needs the right family who understands his breeds. Devin just got to his foster home so we will post more about him as he settles in.
