Blackie is about 3 years old and a very friendly guy. He loves to sniff around outside and would make a great walking partner. We is a tall, slender guy and actually rather handsome. He walks well on leash and rides well in the car. He is a pretty laid back guy and is calm around children. He does like to play and is good with other dogs. He does not like cats so cannot go to a home with cats. He would be able to easily jump a regular 4 foot fence. He came from a shelter in Indiana where he went through heartworm treatment.
He is such a silly boy. He loves his toys but instead of playing with them he will just hold them. He has a special ducky that I bought for him and when I come downstairs in the morning he is just laying in his kennel with his ducky in his mouth. He never chews it or rips it apart or anything. He is just content holding it.
