Beatrice was rescued from a pound in North Carolina. The dogs at this facility do not have much of a chance of making it out so we try to get as many as we can. She was one of the lucky ones, but there were others that we could not save. We need more foster homes, please consider joining us to save more lives!
Beatrice is about 5 years old and would make a great companion. She just arrived so we will post more about her as she gets settled into a foster home. She does seem like a dominant female and is a little defensive with dogs that she doesn't know. We will work with her on that to see if she will need to be the only dog or not.
