Meet Cooper!  He's an adorable 1yr old Terrier mix.  Cooper didn't have the easiest start in life.  He's been living mostly outside in Lancaster County.  Now in his foster home Cooper loves cuddling on the sofa.  Although he is living with other large dogs in his foster home, Cooper does have some dominant personality traits. He might be best as an only dog or may work with a very laid-back companion dog.  He is very friendly and lovable.  We do not know how he is with cats or small children.  He is currently working on house training.  Although he demonstrated some marking behaviors his first days in foster, he's been going outside regularly now.  At only 19lbs, he's a wonderful little companion.
