Oscar is about 8 years old and weighs 7.5 lbs. He is a lovebug to his people and always wants to be in someones lap. He is good with cats, but a little snippy with other dogs right now. He is getting settled in to his foster home and we will post more about him soon. He would do best with a family with little dog experience.
