He was kept out in a pen in the backyard and didn't get to socialize with anyone but his sister. He is shy but really wants to have confidence and wants to be loved. He does well being around other dogs. He is a little over a year old and approximately 40/45 lbs. Randy will need a family who will understand that he just needs to learn how to be a dog and get used to everything out in the world.
