Oliver (formerly Wrigley) is once again looking for his forever home. He was originally found as a stray and we were able to get him out of the shelter and into a new home pretty quickly. Unfortunately, it was not the right fit and he is back. He bonds to his person and acts protective. He would do best with someone who has little dog experience who will work with him to learn appropriate behavior. He is about 2-3 years old and maybe a Chihuahua or Papillion mix?
