Thor was found as a stray. One of our foster moms found him running down the road, and while people stopped to watch, they were afraid of him because he is a pit bull. When our foster mom opened her car door, he jumped right in, tail wagging and ready to give kisses!
Thor is a sweet guy! He loves attention, and is very mild mannered. He does well with most other dogs, but is aggressive toward cats. We also discovered he LOVES the water. He jumped right into the pond today and was bringing back sticks and other neat things he found in the pond!
Don't pass up an opportunity to love and be loved by an AWESOME dog just because of his breed. These dogs were once the symbol of our country, and now low life thugs have perpetuated the myth that they are monsters. They are not--open your mind and you may just find your next best friend is a pit bull!
*Please note, all pit bull adoptions require that applicants own their home, and live within a 3 hour drive from Delaware. Exceptions to this rule can be made at the discretion of the rescue.*
