Ramsey arrived from a shelter in North Carolina. He is very skiny and a bit skittish so we think he was not treated very well. He is a very sweet boy despite this. He is so happy to be with other dogs. When he gets excited he jumps straight up in the air. He is young and has a lot of energy. He would love to have a family of his own to play with and cuddle with. He needs a family that will understand his past and spoil him like he deserves.
