Libby just arrived here from a shelter in Indiana. She is a sweet sweet girl, she loves to be in the company of her people. She is about 1 year old. She is playful and good with other dogs.
This poor little girl has had a hard life so far but now things are getting much better for her. Libby was seen running around as a stray for months. Someone evidently dumped her. They tried several times to catch her. She scrounged in trash bags for food. Finally one of the employees started on a regular basis throwing food towards her. She got where she sort of trusted her and they were able to catch her. Usually these kind of dogs are not social and very difficult to get near, but not Libby, it was like once she was caught she was safe. She loves everyone, gets along with other dogs. It is really amazing how well she adjusted.
