Frank arrived from a shelter in North Carolina. Frank is laid back and well behaved. He is housetrained and good with other dogs. He is a sweet boy and would love a family to call his own. He is good with kids. He seems to love woman so we hope there is a mommy out there for him to cuddle up with!
