Brawn came from a shelter in West Virginia. He is approx 2-3 years old and weighs around 50 pounds. He LOVES walks and gets sooo excited whenever he sees his leash. He loves to snuggle and give hugs. He is a great dog who is good with children and other dogs. He is also housebroken.
We just got this update from his foster mom:
It has been such a joy to see Brawn emerge from his shell. The first few days we had him, he was so scared and clingy. It didn't help matters any that another of our foster dogs bullied him and they had to be kept separated. After he returned from getting neutered, we started over and the other dog had been adopted. He has quickly become a new dog!! He greats every morning with tail-wagging enthusiasm, something we didn't see before. He is becoming a real member of our 'pack'. He enjoys playing with our three other dogs and one foster dog....he has even won over our sometimes grumpy Bassett Hound, Annie! He still gives great hugs and kisses, but seems so much more relaxed and playful. He loves being stretched out, playing with a squeaky toy or chewy bone. He has such expressive eyes and his looks change, whether he is being a good watch dog, or getting excited to go outside, or in a playful, goofy mood. Please come and meet this sweet guy!
